अध्ययन अवकाश - नियम 109

राजस्थान सेवा नियम, 1951 के अध्याय XI के खण्ड VI में राज्य कर्मचारियों को वैज्ञानिक शोध एवं तकनीकी प्रकृति के पाठ्यक्रम आदि,जो राजकीय कार्य में उपयोगी हो, के लिये उच्च अध्ययन हेतु अध्ययन अवकाश स्वीकृत करने के प्रावधान किये गये है।

Rajasthan Service Rule 109 -- Study Leave - Applicability.—The following rules relate to Study leave only. They are not intended to meet the cases of Government servants deputed to other countries at the instance of Government, either for the performance of special duties imposed on them or for the investigation of specific problems connected with their technical duties. Such cases will be dealt with on theirmerits under the provisions of Rule 51.
