सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी को पुनर्नियुक्त किया जाए मकान किराया भत्ता अंतिम आहरित वेतन पर इस शर्त के अधीन देय होगा कि उसे इस आशय का एक हलफनामा प्रस्तुत करना होगा कि उसके या उसके पति या पत्नी के पास उनके नाम पर पुनर्रोजगार के स्थान पर कोई घर नहीं है या केंद्र/राज्य सरकार द्वारा पुनर्रोजगार के स्थान पर कोई घर या आवास उपलब्ध नही करवाया गया हैं House Rent Allowance shall be admissible on last pay drawn subject to the condition that the re-employed retired employee produces an affidavit to the effect that he/she or his/her spouse has no house in their own name or no acconnnodation is provided by Central/State Government or any of their Public Sector Undertaking to his/her spouse at the place ofre-employment."
