सरकारी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु पर उपार्जित अवकाश का भुगतान

(1) नियम 91C (क)के अनुसार सेवा में रहते हुए सरकारी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु होने पर उन उपार्जित अवकाश का एकमुश्त भुगतान उसकी विधवा या बच्चों को किया जाएगा जो मृत्यु होने की तारीख  तक से मृतक सरकारी कर्मचारी को देय हो। नगद भुगतान की विधि नियम 91ख(4) के अनुसार ही संगणित किया जाएगा।

(2) नियम 91C(ख) के अनुसार मृतक सरकारी कर्मचारी को परिवार पेंशन स्वीकृत करने में सक्षम प्राधिकारी इस नियम के अधीन दी जाने वाली एकमुश्त राशि स्वीकृत कर सकता है।

(a) In the event of death of a Government servant while in service, a lump-sum amount equal to the amount of leave salary admissible under Rule 97 and dearness allowance admissible thereon in respect of privileage leave that may be due to the deceased Governement servant on the date of death not exceeding = "300 days" privileage leave may be paid to the widow/children of the deceased Government servant. The method of calculation of cash payment shall be as prescribed in sub-rule (4) of rule 91B.

(b) The authority competent to sanction family pension in respect of deceased Government servant shall sanction the lumpsum amount payable under this rule.
