स्वीकृत अवकाशों की अवधि से पूर्व सेवा पर लौटने का निषेधः नियम 85 (क)(i) के अनुसार जब एक राज्य कर्मचारी को एक निश्चित अवधि का अवकाश स्वीकृत कर दिया जावे तो वह उस अवधि से पूर्व सेवा पर उस समय तक वापस नहीं लौट सकता है जब तक अवकाश स्वीकृतिकर्ता प्राधिकारी उसे सेवा पर उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दे देता।

Rajasthan Service Rule 85(A) -- Return from leave before due date:—(a) (i) A Government servant on leave may not return to duty before the expiry of the period of leave granted to him, unless he is permitted to do so by the authority which granted him leave. (ii) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (i) above a Government servant on leave preparatory to retirement shall be precluded from withdrawing his request for permission to retire and from returning to duty save with the consent of the authority empowered to appoint him.
