प्रीमियम की वसूलीः-
(1) नियम-43 में यथा- उपबंधित के सिवाय, विभाग से कराये गये सभी बीमों का प्रीमियम मासिक रूप से संदेय होगा और प्रत्येक मास में बीमाकृत व्यक्ति के वेतन से कटौति करके वसूल किया जायेगा। विभाग किसी भी वेतन बिल का संदाय रोकने का हकदार होगा यदि बीमाकृत व्यक्ति के सबंध में अपेक्षित प्रीमियम संदत्त नहीं किया गया है। 

(2) पंचायत समितियों या स्वशाषी निकायों की सेवा में के व्यक्तियों या उनमें प्रतिनियुक्त उन व्यक्तियों के मामलें में, जो इन नियमों के अधीन पहले ही बीमाकृत है, प्रीमियम सम्बन्धित आहरण और संवितरण अधिकारी द्वारा मासिक रूप से वसूल किया जायेगा और चालान द्वारा सम्बन्धित कोषागार में जमा कराया जायेगा। ऐसे चालानों के साथ वसूली अनुसूचियाॅं लगाई जायेगी तथा बीमा सहायकों द्वारा उनकी संवीक्षा की जायेगी।

(3) राज्य के बाहर विदेश सेवा में प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति से ऐसा प्रीमियम सीधे ही राज्य बीमा विभाग को भेजने की अपेक्षा की जायेगी।

(4) वेतन के पुनरीक्षण के परिणाम स्वरूप की गई वृद्धिशील वसूलियों की बकाया की वसूली, बकाया बिल, जब कभी भी आरक्षित किया जाये, के माध्यम से विभाग द्वारा ग्रहण की जायेगी। 

Recovery of Premium:-

(I) Except as provided in Rule 43, the premium for all insurance effected with the Department shall be payable monthly and shall be recovered by deduction from the pay of the insured every month. The department shall be entitled to stop payment of any salary bill if the requisite premium in respect of the insured has not been paid.

(2) In the case of persons in the service of panchayat sarruties or autonomous bodies or on deputation thereto, already insured under these rules, the premium shall be recovered monthly and deposited by the challans in the concerned treasury by the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officer. Such challans shall be accompanied by the relevant recovery schedules and shall be subject to scrutiny by the Insurance Assistants.

(3) The insured on deputation to foreign service outside the state shall be required to remit such premium direct to the State Insurance Department. (4) Recovery of arrear of incremental recoveries made as a result of revision of pay through the arrear bill whenever drawn shall be accepted by the Department.
