दावे का संदायः- विभाग दावे की रकम का संदाय देय होने की तारीख से दो मास के भीतर-भीतर ऐसे संदाय प्राधिकार या चैक (सरकार द्वारा जब कभी भी ऐसा विनिश्चत किया जाये) द्वारा करेगी, जो जारी किये जाने की तारीख से तीन मास के भीतर भीतर संदेय हो। 

Payment of the claim:- The department shall make payment of the claim amount within two months from the date falling due by issue of payment authority or cheque (whenever so decided by the government) payable within three months of the date of issue.
