दावा करने की प्रक्रियाः-
(1) निदेशक, पाॅलिसी की परिपक्वता की तारीख से तीन मास पूर्व एक नोटिस बीमाकृत व्यक्ति को, पाॅलिसी के साथ दावा पेश करने के लिए जारी करेगा।
(2) बीमाकृत व्यक्ति उस मास में, जिसमें प्रीमियम की वसूली बन्द होनी है,किसी राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सम्यक रूप से सत्यापित दावा प्रारूप अपने आहरण और सवितरण अधिकारी के माध्यम से या सीधे विभाग को पाॅलिसी के साथ प्रस्तुत करेगा। 

Procedure for making claim:-

(1) The director shall cause to issue a notice three months before the date of maturity of the policy to be insured to file claim form along with policy.

(2) The insured shall submit the claim form along with the policy in the month in which premium recovery is to stop through his Drawing & disbursing Officer or directly to the department duly verified by a Gazetted officer.
