वेतन में कमी हो जाने का परिणाम:-  यदि वेतन स्लेब कम हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप पहले से ही किये गये बीमे पर संदेय प्रीमियम उसके वर्तमान वेतन स्लेब पर लागू प्रीमियम की दर से अधिक हो जाता है तो बीमाकृत व्यक्ति को प्रीमियम की कम दर पर अभिदाय करने का विकल्प नहीं होगा।

Consequence of Reduction in Pay:-If as a consequence of the pay slab having been reduced, the premium payable on insurance already effected exceeds the rate of premium applicable to his present pay slab, the insured shall not have the option of subscribing at lower rate of premium.
