अवकाश से वापस बुलाना : नियम 66 के अनुसार किसी राज्य कर्मचारी को उसको स्वीकृत अवकाश समाप्त होने से पूर्व ही सेवा में वापस बुलाया जा सकता है। वापस बुलाने के आदेश में अधिकारी को यह अंकित करना चाहिये कि क्या अवकाश पर से सेवा में वापस स्वैच्छिक है या आवश्यक। यदि वापस आना स्वैच्छिक है तो राज्य कर्मचारी किसी सुविधा का हकदार नहीं है। यदि वापस आना  आवश्यक है तो वह उस दिनांक से सेवा पर उपस्थित माने जाने का अधिकारी हैं जिस तारीख को वह स्थान के लिये प्रस्थान करता है जिस पर पहंचने के लिये आदेश दिया गया है तथा यात्रा भत्ता नियमों के तहत वह यात्रा भत्ता प्राप्त करने का अधिकारी होगा। लेकिन जब तक वह अपना कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं कर लेता तब तक वह अवकाश वेतन पर ही रहेगा।

Rajasthan Service Rule 66 -- Recall from leave.— All orders recalling a Government servant to duty before the expiry of his leave should state whether the return to duty is optional or compulsory. If the return is optional, the Government servant is entitled to no concession. If it is compulsory, he is entitled to be treated as on duty from the date on which he starts for the station to which he is ordered and to draw travelling allowance for the journey under the Travelling Allowance Rules but to draw, until he joins his post, leave-salary only.
